IT WONT LOAD!!!!!

Ive played this game in the distant past and I liked it a lot. I got a new phone so Im just now downloading it. In the past it used to be murder to reset the settings after accidentally changing them not know at all that it was possible to change the settings. Causing massive uninstall/reinstalling. But I digress, now the app keeps saying "loading" when I open it and wont actually load anything after hours of wait. Ive tried EVERYTHING!!! HELP ME PLEASE I WANNA PLAY
